Mr. Rakesh Mishra as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (designated as Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. September 1, 2026 pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 2(1)(f) of the Listing Regulations. 2. Ms. C V Kavviya, a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Membership No.: A55102), as the Whole- Time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (designated as Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. July 25, 2026 pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 of the Listing Regulations. Accordingly, Ms. C V Kavviya continues her tenure as the Compliance Officer of the Company, as previously appointed by the Board on an interim basis with effect from March 25, 2026.
