The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rupesh Kantilal Savla, (DIN: 00126303) as the Managing Director of the Company for period of 5 years with effect from December 07, 2026, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Mr. Rupesh Kantilal Savla, (DIN: 00126303) is not disqualified from being appointed as the Managing Director in terms of Section 164 of the Companies Act 2013 and have given his consent to act as the Managing Director of the Company.
