APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF THE COMPANY Pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Rakesh Mishra, as the Chief Financial Officer (designated as Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from September 1, 2026. 3.
