Towers, Dalal Street Mumbai - 400 051 Mumbai – 400 001 NSE Symbol: YESBANK BSE Scrip Code: 532648 Dear Sir/ Madam, Sub.: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Change in Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Bank We refer to our intimation dated September 16, 2026, bearing the Ref No. YBL/CS/2026-27/94, wherein YES Bank Limited (“the Bank”) had intimated that pursuant to the cessation of the office of the then Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) pursuant to the resignation tendered by Mr. Binu Soman, the Bank had, in the interim, designated Mr. Harish Sehgal, (Head – AML & Principal Officer of the Bank) as the interim CVO of the Bank, effective September 16, 2026, until the appointment of a new CVO. The Bank would like to inform that basis the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Bank, the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today i.e. on October 17, 2026, has, inter-alia approved the appointment / designated Mr. Sai Venkataramana Kosuri - Head Legal Retail and Business Banking of the Bank as the new Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) and SMP of the Bank with effect from November 25, 2026, and he shall discharge responsibilities exclusively in the capacity of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) from the said effective date. Consequent to the above, Mr. Harish Sehgal (Head – AML & Principal Officer ), who has been Interim Chief Vigilance Officer and SMP, with effect from September 16, 2026 , shall demit the office of Interim Chief Vigilance Officer with effect from November 24, 2026 end of business hours and shall continue / re-designated as Head – AML & Principal Officer of the Bank and cease to be classified as an SMP of the Bank. Accordingly, the information as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule III and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure A.
