Pursuant to BSE Circular dated June 20, 2018 (ref. no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited Circular dated June 20, 2018 (ref. no. NSE/ CML/2018/24), we confirm that Mr. Paul Verghese Parambi (DIN: 07002589) is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other statutory authority. Most recently, he served as Group President, Group Chief Risk Officer, and member of the Group Management Council of the Kotak Mahindra Group. In this capacity, Mr. Parambi oversaw risk management for Kotak Mahindra Bank and all its group companies. Prior to this, he served as President – Consumer & Commercial Bank (Credit) of the Bank and as Head of Group Strategy for Kotak Group, playing a pivotal role in charting the strategic direction, evaluating key investments, and driving organizational development for the Bank and Group. Mr. Parambi was the Head – International Business for the Kotak Group for several years and played a pivotal role in its expansion from 1995 to 2012. He has served on the boards of international subsidiaries of the Kotak Group. He joined the Kotak Group in 1991. Mr. Parambi began his professional career with Hindustan Unilever Limited in 1989. He is a graduate of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Madras. Alongside his corporate mandates, Mr. Parambi is passionate about social impact initiatives and serves as a Trustee of the Kotak Education Foundation.
