Mr. Jörg will be based in Germany and will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring of the Company’s Overseas Sales Establishments (OSEs), presently located in the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, the United States, South Africa, Malaysia and the UAE. These OSEs play an important role in the Company’s international business, which is a key focus area for growth. The appointment is intended to leverage Mr. Jörg’s expertise and experience to strengthen the Company’s international sales and marketing operations, drive business growth in line with Company’s stated mission ‘Roto Next’ USD 100 million sales revenue by Y2030 (FY31). He has been serving as Global Sales Director of Börger GmbH since November 2012. He is also an authorised officer and has served as Managing Director of Börger India, with responsibilities encompassing global sales strategy and the management of international subsidiaries and sales teams. Mr. Jörg Gertz previously held sales leadership positions at John Crane and Allweiler AG, with expertise in global market development, sales organisation restructuring, P&L management, KPI- driven performance and international team leadership. 4.
