Desi Farms India Ltd has announced the appointment of Mrs. Garima Priyani as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective June 22, 2026. She has also been designated as a Key Management Personnel (KMP). Mrs. Priyani is a qualified Company Secretary and Law graduate with over 9 years of experience in corporate governance, secretarial compliance, and regulatory matters. This appointment follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
