Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to our earlier intimation dated May 24, 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we had informed that the Company had received a hearing notice from the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) in relation to a matter concerning product classification under Section 108 of the Customs Act, 1962. We had also intimated that the Company had made a pre-deposit amounting to INR 57,12,811/- (Rupees Fifty-Seven Lakh Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred and Eleven only). In this regard, the Company has now received the closure proceedings from the Commissioner of Customs (NS-V), wherein the aforesaid pre-deposit has been considered as differential duty and applicable interest and appropriated towards the liabilities arising out of the imports covered under the relevant Bills of Entry. Accordingly, the aforesaid liabilities having been discharged through such appropriation, the matter stands closed. This is for your information and record.
