Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirement) Regulation, 2015
We are pleased to inform you that Marine Electricals (India) Limited has received orders
amounting to total of Rs 376.22 crores (Approx) Excluding Taxes, the details of the same are
mentioned as under:
1. Orders received from SIEMENS Limited for supply of power distribution system to be
supplied for a Hyperscaler Project. The delivery of the said order is scheduled to be completed
over a period of 21 months.
2. Order received from Titagarh Naval Systems Limited for supply of Electrical Equipment.
The delivery of the said goods shall be made over a period of 8-10 months.
3. Order received from Princeton Digital Group for supply of Power Distribution System. The
delivery of the said goods shall be made over a period of 8-10 months.
Please note that none of the Promoters/Promoter Group have any interest in the aforesaid work,
and the said order/contract does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
Furthermore, we are providing this intimation as part of good corporate governance.
