Orders received from SIEMENS Limited for supply of power distribution system to be supplied for a Hyperscaler Project. The delivery of the said order is scheduled to be completed over a period of 21 months. 2. Order received from Titagarh Naval Systems Limited for supply of Electrical Equipment. The delivery of the said goods shall be made over a period of 8-10 months. 3. Order received from Princeton Digital Group for supply of Power Distribution System. The delivery of the said goods shall be made over a period of 8-10 months. Please note that none of the Promoters/Promoter Group have any interest in the aforesaid work, and the said order/contract does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
