Appointment of Mr. Ajay Charuchandra Kirtane (DIN: 02711040) as a Non- Executive, Independent Director of the Company. The Company had engaged National Securities Depository Limited (“NSDL”) as its agency for providing e-voting facility to the Members of the Company. The voting rights of the Members were in proportion to their holding of Equity Shares with the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on Friday, September 11, 2026 (“Cut-off date”). The period of e-voting commenced on Friday, September 18, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. (IST) and ended on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (IST). Mr. Sridhar Mudaliar (Membership No. FCS 6156), failing him, Mrs. Sheetal Joshi (Membership No. FCS 10480), Partners of M/s. SVD & Associates, Company Secretaries, Pune were appointed as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the e‐voting process in a fair and transparent manner.
