Towers, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001 Scrip Code: 544347 Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Legal proceedings against the Director & Chairman of the Company in his personal capacity Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in the interest of transparency, we wish to inform you that the Company was informed that certain legal proceedings are in process in Singapore against Mr. Rajiv Seth (DIN: 02156211), who is a Non-executive Director & Chairman of the Company, in his personal capacity, in connection with a commercial dispute. Mr. Rajiv Seth is contesting the proceedings through his legal counsel in Singapore, on grounds including procedural irregularity and on merits. The Board of Directors of the Company confirms that the said proceedings: (a) are against Mr. Rajiv Seth in his personal capacity and not against CLN Energy Limited; and (b) do not involve any asset or liability of CLN Energy Limited. Accordingly, the Company does not expect these proceedings to have any impact on its operations, financial position or business.
