Sun Drops Energia Limited Ref.: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation of our letter No. KPI/MAT/AUG/2026/811 dated August 21, 2026 and KPI/MAT/SEP/2026/837 dated September 26, 2026, wherein the KPI Green Energy Limited (“Company”) had informed the Stock Exchanges regarding the proposed acquisition up to 100% equity share capital of DEK and Mavericks Green Energy Limited (“DMGEL”) by Sun Drops Energia Limited (“SDEL”), a material subsidiary of the Company , we wish to further inform that SDEL has completed the acquisition of additional 43,49,560 equity shares of DMGEL. Accordingly, the total number of equity shares of DMGEL acquired by SDEL stands at 1,50,97,320 equity shares, representing 88.37% of the total paid-up equity share capital of DMGEL on October 17, 2026. The disclosure as required under SEBI Listing Regulations in line with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 have already been duly submitted as “Annexure – A” to our aforementioned intimation dated August 21, 2026.
