Dear Sir/Madam, This is in continuation to our disclosure dated August 17, 2026, wherein the Company had intimated regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred at the Company's manufacturing facility situated at Plot B-14, Mahad MIDC, District Raigad, Maharashtra, on August 15, 2026. In view of the incident and as a precautionary measure, operations at the Company's Mahad manufacturing facility were temporarily suspended with effect from August 15, 2026. The Company wishes to inform you that it has received a Conditional Restart Directions dated October 16, 2026, issued by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (“MPCB”) under Section 33A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Section 31A of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. By the said direction, MPCB has permitted the Company to resume industrial operations at Plot No. B-14, MIDC, Mahad, excluding the manufacture of Tetra Butyl Urea (“TBU”), subject to strict compliance with the terms and conditions specified in the direction. The Company will take the necessary steps to comply with the conditions stipulated in the said direction. The resumption of operations is limited by the express exclusion of TBU manufacturing and remains subject to compliance with the conditions prescribed by MPCB. The Company does not envisage any material adverse impact on its financial or operational activities pursuant to the Conditional Restart Direction of the temporary suspension Directions, subject to continued compliance with the conditions stipulated by MPCB. The Company will continue to take all necessary corrective, preventive and compliance measures in accordance with the directions of MPCB. The Company will continue to monitor the matter and will make further disclosures to the Stock Exchanges as may be required under applicable laws.
