As a consequence thereof, and in terms of the said judgment, the status quo order dated 11th May, 2026, insofar as it relates to MosChip Technologies Limited, stands vacated. As stated in the earlier disclosures, MosChip Technologies Limited is not connected with the underlying dispute. The Company had filed an Impleadment Application before the Hon’ble Supreme Court solely for the purpose of protecting its interests in connection with the proposed acquisition of Vayavya Labs Private Limited.
