Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), and in continuation of our earlier intimation dated June 10, 2026, the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“the MCA”), has approved the change in name of the Company from “Hind Rectifiers Limited” to “Hirect Limited”, with effect from July 24, 2026. The MCA has issued a fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name on July 24, 2026. Accordingly, the name of the Company stands changed to “Hirect Limited” and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stand altered to reflect the new name. A copy of the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the MCA is enclosed herewith for your reference. Further, the Company is in the process of filing the requisite documents with the Stock Exchanges to give effect to the change of name and initiate necessary updates across all concerned departments and regulatory bodies.
