This communication is pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A, Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and with reference to our communication dated October 8 2026 wherein in compliance with Regulation 7(i) of the Buyback Regulations, Public Announcement dated October 7, 2026 (“Public Announcement”) pertaining to the buyback was published on October 8, 2026 wherein October 16, 2026 was fixed as the record date to determine the eligible shareholders to participate in ongoing buyback of the equity shares. Now the Company has revised the said Record Date to October 22 2026 and a corrigendum to the Public Announcement in respect of the revised record date and related revisions is published in the same newspapers wherein the original Public Announcement was published.
