"We are pleased to begin FY27 on a strong note with a healthy operational performance, driven by robust execution,
timely customer deliveries and the successful dispatch of orders carried forward from previous quarters. During the
quarter, our production facilities operated at high-capacity utilization, enabling us to deliver significant growth in
revenue while maintaining execution discipline across both domestic and international markets.
While the quarter witnessed pressure on margins due to elevated raw material prices, higher procurement and
logistics costs arising from global geopolitical developments, we remained focused on operational efficiency and cost
optimisation. Our EBITDA improved significantly on a sequential basis, supported by higher capacity utilization and
improved machine dispatches. We continue to monitor commodity prices and supply chain dynamics closely while
working towards improving procurement efficiencies and enhancing our product mix.
Looking ahead, we remain optimistic about the opportunities in the flexible packaging and polymer processing
industry, supported by increasing demand for sustainable packaging solutions, modernization of manufacturing
infrastructure and growing investments by our customers. Our strategic focus remains on technology leadership,
product innovation, expanding our international footprint, strengthening customer relationships and delivering
sustainable value creation forall stakeholders.
Although global geopolitical uncertainties and raw material volatility may create near-term challenges, Rajoo
