We wish to state that there is no unpublished price sensitive information, material event or any impending announcement which, in the opinion of the Company, may have a bearing on the recent movement in the price of the Company’s equity shares and which has not already been disclosed to the Stock Exchange. The movement in the price of the Company’s securities appears to be purely market driven and the Company is not aware of any information or reason that could have contributed to such movement. The Company remains committed to ensuring timely, adequate and continuous disclosure of all material information in compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
