Meeting of the Company
We wish to inform you that the 10 01 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Members of the
Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. through Video
Conferencing ("VC") I Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM").
Pursuant to Regulations 29, 30, 34, 50(2), 51 and 53 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial
Year 2025-26 along with the Notice convening the 1001 h AGM is enclosed.
The Annual Report along with the Notice of the 10 01 h AGM is being sent through electronic mode
to the Members today. The Company is providing the Members facility to exercise their right to
vote on resolutions proposed to be passed at the AGM by electronic means through National
Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL"). A person, whose name is recorded in the Register of
Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the cut
off date i.e. Tuesday, August 11, 2026, shall be entitled to avail electronic voting facility. The
remote e-Voting period commences on Friday, August 14, 2026, (9:00 a.m.) and ends on
Monday, August 17, 2026 (5:00p.m.).
