Fleur had filed an appeal against the aforesaid order before the Office of the Commissioner, Central Goods & Service Tax (Appeals), Dehradun (First Appellate Authority). The First Appellate Authority vide its order dated 08.10.2026 received on 16.10.2026, has partially allowed the appeal. The Subsidiary Company will evaluate and take appropriate legal action in due course of time.
