Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Company has executed a Sale Deed on 16th October, 2026 for the sale of its immovable properties comprising Office Nos. 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, 606, 607 and 608, situated at Sixth Floor, Pragati Deep, Plot No. 8, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi – 110092 (“said Premises”). Further, the Company has executed Lease Deeds on 16th October, 2026, in respect of the said Premises for continuing to use the premises for the Company's business operations. The relevant details of the sale of the said Premises and the Lease Deeds, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the applicable SEBI circulars, are set out in Annexure 1. The sale of the said Premises shall not have any impact on the business operations of the Company, as the Company will continue to occupy and use the said Premises pursuant to the Lease Deeds executed. Further, the sale of said premises does not constitute as a sale of undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company.
