Kalol, Dist. Gandhinagar. have been disrupted due to flooding of the factory premises caused by incessant heavy rainfall and severe waterlogging in the region. As a precautionary measure and with the safety of employees being of paramount importance, the Company has temporarily suspended operations with effect from July 24, 2026 at the aforesaid manufacturing facility to facilitate dewatering, inspection, cleaning and restoration activities and company expects to progressively resume normal operations at the affected facility at earliest. The assets at the affected manufacturing facility are adequately covered under the Company's insurance policies, and the Company has initiated the requisite insurance claim process. The extent of the damage to the plant and machinery, inventory and other assets is presently being assessed. As access to certain areas of the manufacturing facilities remains restricted due to waterlogging, the financial impact, if any, cannot be ascertained at this stage. Further updates, including any material developments or financial implications, if any, shall be communicated to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
