The proposed role enhancement is expected to facilitate: • Centralized oversight of cybersecurity and information security risks across group entities; • Strengthened cyber risk management, cyber resilience and incident response capabilities; • Efficient utilization of cybersecurity expertise and resources across group entities; • Enhanced monitoring, reporting and management of information security matters at a group level; and • Improved compliance with applicable regulatory and governance requirements. As Group CISO, Mr. Srinivas Yadav Karri shall provide strategic leadership and oversight in relation to cybersecurity and information security matters across the Group and may, where required and subject to applicable approvals, discharge the responsibilities of an Effective CISO for relevant group entities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and internal governance requirements. 02 Date of appointment / re- With effect from October 16, 2026 appointment / cessation and term of appointment / re-appointment 03 Brief profile Mr. Srinivas Yadav Karri currently serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer of KFin Technologies Limited and has over 22 years of experience in information security, cyber risk management, technology governance, compliance, and digital transformation. During his tenure with the Company, he has led the strengthening of cybersecurity governance, cyber resilience capabilities, regulatory compliance frameworks, cloud security controls, and enterprise risk management practices. His credentials include C|CISO, CISA, CCSK, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect, along with two M.Sc. degrees in Information Systems and Cyber Forensics.
