Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited has scheduled a Board Meeting on June 26, 2026, to consider and approve a significant fund-raising proposal. The agenda includes the issuance of equity shares and/or other convertible securities via private placement, preferential allotment, or Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
