Mr. Haribhakti is one of India’s most respected corporate governance professionals, widely recognised for his distinguished contributions to board leadership, enterprise risk management, governance, sustainability and institution building over several decades. As Group Chief Mentor, Mr. Haribhakti will provide strategic guidance to Alan Scott Enterprises Limited and its Group companies. He will mentor the Board, promoters and leadership teams in strengthening governance, enterprise risk management, internal controls and institutional best practices. He will conduct quarterly strategic and governance reviews across the Group and support the Company in building relationships with strategic partners, investors, industry leaders and exceptional talent.
