Mr. Verma was appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 6th May, 2025 and the Company immensely benefitted from his vision and guidance during his tenure. Mr. Verma’s sudden and unexpected demise will be an irreparable loss to the Company.
