Heritage Novandie Foods Limited (“HNFL”) (CIN: U74999TG2017PLC120860), having its registered office at Part-C, 3rd Floor, H. No. 8-2-293/82/A/1286, Plot No. 1286, Road No. 1 & 65, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, India – 500033, a subsidiary of M/s. Heritage Foods Limited (“the Company”), we wish to inform you that the equity shares forming part of the said acquisition have been duly credited to the Company’s demat account today, i.e., October 16, 2026. Consequently, the acquisition has been completed and the Company’s shareholding in HNFL has increased from 94.40% to 100%.
