In this regard, the Board has authorised Mr. Dhruvin Shah to propose or agree to any change in the name of the proposed company prior to its incorporation and to undertake the necessary actions and execute the requisite documents, including the Articles of Association, in connection with the incorporation of the proposed company in the DIFC. The proposed company's authorised signatory arrangements and other incorporation formalities shall be completed in accordance with the applicable laws and the requirements of the DIFC Registrar of Companies. The incorporation is presently at the proposal and documentation stage. Further details, including the final name, shareholding structure, capital contribution, objects and date of incorporation, shall be disclosed, as applicable, upon confirmation of the relevant particulars.
