If so, you are advised to provide the said information along with the sequence of events in chronological order from the start of negotiations till date. • Whether you/company are aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges which could explain the aforesaid movement in the trading? • In case of regulatory/legal proceedings please provide the information on initiation/ outcome of the proceedings. • The material impact of this Article on the Company. • Also, you are advised to provide the reasons for not disclosing the above-mentioned information to the Exchange as required under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The clarification from Petronet LNG Limited is as under: Till date, Petronet LNG is not aware that QatarEnergy is readying to extend Force Majeure through mid- October 2026. It may be noted that Petronet LNG vide its communication dated 5th March 2026 had informed Stock Exchanges about issuance of Force Majeure notice by its LNG Supplier QatarEnergy and consequent Force Majeure declared by Petronet LNG to its offtakers namely GAIL (India) Limited (GAIL), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) under the relevant Gas Sale and Purchase Agreements. It was also informed that the material impact of Force Majeure which is currently an ongoing event cannot be estimated at this point of time.
