Reference: NSE-SCRIP ID: POWERGRID; BSE Scrip Code: 532898 EQ – ISIN: INE752E01010 Sub.: POWERGRID declared as successful bidder under TBCB Dear Sir, In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform that Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (“POWERGRID”) has been declared as successful bidder under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (“TBCB”) to establish Intra-State Transmission System for the project namely “Establishment of 765kV GIS Pune West (District - Pune)” on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis, at quoted Annual Transmission Charges of Rs. 199.55 Crore. The Letter of Intent (LoI) has been received by POWERGRID on 16th October, 2026. The project comprises establishment of new 765/400 kV GIS Pune West Sub- station in the state of Maharashtra. Further, the project also involves construction of 765kV and 400kV transmission lines traversing through the state of Maharashtra along with the associated bays. With this project, POWERGRID has secured ten (10) transmission system projects under TBCB in FY 2026-27 till date, with cumulative Annual Transmission Charges of ₹7,863.63 Crore.
