In this regard we wish to inform you that on Thursday, October 15, 2026, the Company has received the certified true copy of the final order pronounced by the Hon'ble Tribunal after its hearing held on Monday, September 28, 2026. The Appointed Date of the Scheme is April 1, 2026. A copy of the said final order is enclosed for your records and is also uploaded on the website of the Company.
