HEG Ltd has announced its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on July 29, 2026. The company has set July 22, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility and also as the Record Date for determining members entitled to receive the final dividend for FY 2025-26. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from July 23 to July 29, 2026. The final dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days.
