HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced a special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares, as per SEBI circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/1/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026. The window is open till February 04, 2027, for shareholders to lodge transfer deeds which were rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiency in the documents/process/or otherwise.
