Date: 16 October 2026 The Corporate Relations Department, The Listing Department, BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers, Exchange Plaza, C-1, Block G, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001 Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 051 Scrip Code: 500825 Symbol: BRITANNIA Dear Sir/Madam, Sub : Disclosure of Environmental, Social and Governance (‘ESG’) Rating under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015’) Ref : SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026 Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 3 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that NSE Sustainability Ratings and Analytics Limited (‘ESG Rating Provider’), a SEBI Registered Category I ESG Rating Provider, vide its ESG Rating Report dated 15 October 2026, has independently assigned an ESG Rating of ‘67’ for FY 2025-26 under the rating category ‘Aspiring’, based on the publicly available information disclosed by the Company. The aforesaid report also reflects a revised ESG Rating of ‘66’ for FY 2024–25, as against the ESG rating of ‘67’ originally assigned by the ESG Rating Provider, vide its ESG Rating Report dated 8 December 2025, which was disclosed by the Company to the Stock Exchanges for that financial year, vide its letter dated 10 December 2025. As mentioned in the aforesaid Report, there have been updates to the underlying data, resulting in a revision of FY 2024-25 rating. The Company had sought certain clarifications from the ESG Rating Provider and is currently awaiting its response. Any revision to the ESG rating, if made pursuant to our clarifications, will be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
