The allotment of equity shares will be made in accordance with the applicable laws, and the requisite intimation in this regard shall be made in due course. Further, as on date, the Promoter of the Company has made a total remittance of USD 64.49 million (approx. INR 6,115.04 million) towards allotment of 74,00,000 warrants and exercise of warrants.
