The aforesaid report also reflects a revised ESG Rating of ‘66’ for FY 2024–25, as against the ESG rating of ‘67’ originally assigned by the ESG Rating Provider, vide its ESG Rating Report dated 8 December 2025, which was disclosed by the Company to the Stock Exchanges for that financial year, vide its letter dated 10 December 2025. As mentioned in the aforesaid Report, there have been updates to the underlying data, resulting in a revision of FY 2024-25 rating. The Company had sought certain clarifications from the ESG Rating Provider and is currently awaiting its response. Any revision to the ESG rating, if made pursuant to our clarifications, will be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
