The scope of the contract includes toll collection operations along with the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent facilities, including recouping consumable items, over a period of 90 days. Positioned on the Dindigul–Samayanallur stretch of NH-44, the Kozhinjipatti Fee Plaza benefits from its strategic location on India's longest national highway. The corridor provides critical connectivity to Madurai and southern Tamil Nadu, serving a diverse mix of passenger, freight and tourism traffic, thereby supporting sustained tolling activity. Beyond strengthening HIL's operational portfolio, the contract enhances revenue visibility and expands the company’s geographic footprint in South India.
