The resignation have been tendered by the aforesaid Director due to personal and professional commitments. The Director have confirmed that there is no other material reasons for the resignation other than those stated above. The Company places on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution, guidance and services rendered by Mr Mohammed Saifi during their respective tenures as Independent Director of the Company.
