HEG Ltd has announced its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on July 29, 2026, at 12:00 Noon (IST). The company set July 22, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders' eligibility to receive the final dividend for FY 2025-26, if declared. This date is also the cut-off for remote e-voting, which runs from July 25 to July 28, 2026. Share transfer books will be closed from July 23 to July 29, 2026. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
