This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (‘NRC’) of the Board of Directors of LTM Limited (the Company) at its meeting today has approved allotment of 20,000 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each, to the LTIMindtree Employee Welfare Trust under the ‘LTM Employees Stock Option Plan 2021’ and ‘LTM Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015.’ The equity shares allotted as above to the LTIMindtree Employee Welfare Trust shall be transferred to the eligible employees upon exercise of options. All the equity shares allotted as above shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects including dividend declared hereinafter.
