It is hereby affirmed that Mrs. Shivani Kejriwal is not debarred from holding office of director pursuant to any SEBI order or order of any other competent authorities. Brief Profile (in case of Mrs. Shivani Kejriwal (DIN: 10041809), aged 45 years, appointment) is a Promoter of the Company. She brings a diverse combination of engineering, management, business development and leadership experience. She holds an Engineering degree from Pune University and a management qualification from S. P. Jain Institute of Management. In addition to her corporate experience, she is a personal counsellor and a meditation and yoga teacher. Mrs. Kejriwal began her professional association with the Company through an internship at its Gurgaon plant, where she worked on business development initiatives and contributed to developing business relationships with Iveco. She has independently managed the operations of Remsons Uni Autonics and played an important role in introducing the Company's sensors business to several Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). She has also served as Director – Sales & Operations at Koohsports and as Head – Institute Relations at IMG Reliance, contributing to sports development initiatives in India. Reg.
