Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company has been engaged on an exclusive basis for the development, manufacture, packing and supply of certain products incorporating an enzyme- based formulation, in accordance with the specifications, quality standards and requirements prescribed by Pidilite Industries Limited. The products covered under the Agreement include Aligner Cleaning Foam and Tooth Brightening Strips, which will be marketed under the brand name determined by Pidilite Industries Limited. The Agreement provides for an exclusive manufacturing and supply arrangement, with the products to be supplied exclusively to Pidilite Industries Limited in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the purchase orders issued from time to time. The Agreement is valid for a period of three years from October 15, 2026, unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, and may be renewed for such further periods as may be mutually agreed upon in writing. The pricing and payment terms shall be mutually agreed upon in writing and specified in the relevant purchase orders from time to time. The arrangement is expected to provide the Company with an opportunity to strengthen its presence in the oral care and personal care products segment and to develop its manufacturing and supply business through its association with Pidilite Industries Limited.
