Shareholders meeting

Inox Wind Limited held its 13th Extra-ordinary General Meeting on June 22, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for three special businesses. Key resolutions proposed included the continuation of Shri Mukesh Manglik as a Non-Executive Director beyond 75 years of age, a revision in the fixed remuneration of Whole-time Director Shri Devansh Jain, and the significant divestment of equity shares of Inox Green Energy Services Limited, a material subsidiary.
