The Company officials were shown a letter of authorization for inspection/search by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI) officials around 12:11 P.M. The inspection/search proceeding has been concluded yesterday i.e. on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 23:30 P.M. and the Company has extended full co-operation and assistance to the General of GST Intelligence (DGGI) officials. At present, there is no material impact on the financials, business operations or any other activities of the Company due to the aforesaid inspection/search proceedings. In the event there is any material update that requires intimation under the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company will make necessary disclosures in accordance with regulatory provisions.
