Completion of dispatch: The Company has completed the dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice, together with the Explanatory Statement, on Thursday, October 15, 2026, through electronic mode to all those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (“RTA”) / Depository Participants / Depositories and whose names appear in the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, October 9, 2026 (“Cut-off Date”). In accordance with the MCA Circulars, physical copies of the Postal Ballot Notice, Postal Ballot Forms and pre-paid business reply envelopes are not being sent to Members, and the communication of assent or dissent of the Members will take place only through the remote e-voting system. 2. Remote e-voting: The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited (“NSDL”) (“e-voting agency”) to provide the remote e-voting facility.
