October 16, 2026, within the Company, resulting in a change in the internal reporting structure. Consequently, Mr. Thakkar will no longer fall within the definition of Senior Management Personnel as prescribed under Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations. It may be noted that this does not constitute a cessation of employment. Mr. Thakkar will continue to be associated with the Company in his new role under the revised reporting structure. During his tenure as Head - Internal Audit, Risk and Control, Mr. Nikhil Thakkar has played an instrumental role in strengthening the Company's internal audit framework, risk management processes and internal control environment. He has led several initiatives aimed at enhancing governance standards, improving control effectiveness and fostering a culture of risk awareness across the organization. His contributions have significantly supported the Company's commitment to robust compliance and operational excellence.
