Outcome of Board Meeting

Likhitha Infrastructure Limited's Board has approved raising ₹60 crore through the issuance of up to 25 lakh convertible warrants on a preferential basis at an issue price of ₹240 per warrant, exceeding the price determined by SEBI regulations. These warrants will be allotted to two promoters and nineteen non-promoters. Additionally, Mrs. Lohitha Gaddipati and Mr. Chandra Dheerajram have been appointed as Additional Directors, designated as Executive Directors, effective June 22, 2026.
