Contact No. +91 8128172521, Website: www.ritl.co.in , E-mail: rajkotitltd@gmail.com Board Comments The Board was apprised of the supervisory concerns highlighted by the RBI in the said letter, and considered and took note of the response and explanations presented by the Management in respect of the observations raised by the RBI, along with the corrective measures proposed to address the identified gaps and ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements. After due deliberation, the Board directed the Management to take necessary corrective and remedial measures on a priority basis, establish an appropriate monitoring mechanism for timely implementation of the proposed actions, and ensure proper maintenance of records and supporting documentation. The Board also directed the Management to prepare and submit point-wise compliance to the RBI, duly approved by the Board, within the prescribed timeline, together with such supporting documents as may be required. The Board emphasised the importance of strengthening the Company’s internal controls, risk management systems, regulatory reporting and overall compliance framework, and directed the Management to periodically report the status of implementation of the corrective measures to the Board. The Board took the above matters on record and noted the Management’s commitment to address the supervisory concerns and ensure compliance with the applicable RBI directions and regulatory requirements.
