The Company refers to the aforesaid disclosure and, pursuant to the observations of the Exchange regarding the timeline of disclosure, hereby submits that the delay in filing the disclosure was inadvertent. The Company required reasonable time to ascertain, verify and internally confirm the relevant facts and details pertaining to the proceedings before making an accurate and complete disclosure to the Stock Exchange. The Company endeavored to make the disclosure at the earliest possible opportunity upon confirmation of the requisite details, and accordingly filed the disclosure on 07 October 2026.
