In continuation of our earlier intimations dated 19" August 2025 regarding the submission of Two (2)
Detailed Project Reports (“DPRs”) and Business Plans with the National Horticulture Board of India
(“NHB”) under the Cluster Development Programme (“CDP”) and dated 13" September, 2026
regarding receipt of In-Principle Approval from the National Horticulture Board of India (NHB) for
the Nashik Cluster Development Programme, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has been
awarded the project and we have signed grant agreement today 15" October, 2026 with National
Horticulture Board of India (NHB) for Nashik Cluster Development Programme.
This disclosure is being made in compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
